The entire staff is welcoming when you enter. You feel like you’re walking into your family’s house. The food is always delicious and the manager, Matt, takes time to ask each patron how their meal is. He’s attentive to his staff and those who sit down for a good meal. Highly recommend a visit to the Crystal Lake location. They never disappoint.
Had ordered food for a company meeting for everyone and we all enjoyed the food. The enchiladas, burritos, bowls, tacos, salads, chips and guac/queso and fries and horchatta was all very good and fresh! Highly recommend the crystal lake location! (Also very filling especially the bowls!)
From the service to the food, my experience was seriously amazing. This place doesn’t compare to any other fast food restaurant around the area. The food is so good I would choose to get a burrito bowl here over chipotle any day. You can taste the freshness in each bite the guacamole was very good the chicken has very little fat and has good flavor. And you can tell they truly care about their customers we were greeted with a loud welcome and asked how our food is a few times. Will be back!
Nice food, actually very good and delicious joint. Healthy meat and vegetarian options. Not heavy on the pocket. Good size meal, pleasant to eyes and to taste buds.
Food and service was phenomenal! I went with my mother and we got steak quesadillas and nachos. The guacamole, the chips, even the fries were amazing! Well-seasoned, cooked to perfection, so juicy! I will be telling others to come here, and I will definitely be coming again!
Absolutely the best service and friendly environment that you could have at a food place. The best flavors and presentation of all there food options on the menu. I’m a loyal customer I’ve been eating here since they’ve opened. Very fast delivery of the food and staff will also ask to take your trash for you! 100% would recommend eating here for any occasion.
Me and my wife stopped in for lunch. I had the steak burrito, My wife had tacos and we had the fries and some drinks. The service was very good, The staff was very friendly and helpful to us.for It was our first time eating here. So they gave us some recommendations on the different options. The food was great and very Authentic. We Will definitely be coming back.
